Fill in the enquiry form at the top of this page or message us on WhatsApp with your pick-up point, travel dates, number of passengers and preferred vehicle. We will reply with a quote and, once you confirm, share your driver and vehicle details before the trip.
Our fleet includes Swift Dzire sedans, Eco Vans, Ertiga/Artica MPVs, Toyota Innova and Innova Crysta, and 17-seater and 25-seater Tempo Travellers for larger groups.
Outstation package quotes are designed to be all-inclusive, but exactly what is covered (fuel, driver allowance, tolls, state permits, night halt charges) is confirmed in writing in your quote before you pay anything. Parking fees, entry tickets and personal expenses are not included.
Yes. We offer pick-up and drop at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (Guwahati) and Guwahati and Kamakhya railway stations, as well as transfers to Shillong, Kaziranga and other nearby destinations. Share your flight or train details and we will track your arrival.
Yes. We run tours across Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh, including Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, Kaziranga, Tawang and Ziro. Tell us your route and we will quote accordingly.
Yes. Indian citizens need an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Arunachal Pradesh, and foreign nationals need a Protected Area Permit. Our team can guide you through the process and the documents required. Please share your ID details well before your travel date.
For hilly and long mountain routes we recommend an Innova, Innova Crysta, Ertiga or Tempo Traveller for better ground clearance, suspension and comfort. A Swift Dzire is perfectly fine for local sightseeing and shorter plain-road trips.
Yes. Our drivers are experienced on the mountain roads of Assam, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh and are familiar with fog, landslide-prone stretches and the best stops along the way.
Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle, route and how close to the travel date you cancel. These are shared with your quote before you confirm. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change and we will help you reschedule where we can.
